Hey you, I know you came to this page wanting to learn more about me. Before I give you my list of accomplishments, it's important that you know I'm still a work in progress, as we all should be. I discovered that you have to be intentional to make a positive change in your life. At 30, I was active in ministry, full of depression, no confidence, overweight, and with no exit strategy. In 2014, I launched my Stay Positive campaign on social media, which became the catalyst for a new direction in my life and career.

My mission as a Life Coach is to empower and inspire people to live a life that is authentic, intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with positivity. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives by renewing their mind, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.

My coaching is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when beauty, holistic health, and positivity are aligned. Phyllis Nicole is known for her technique, Switching Windows, which helps people reframe their thinking and shift their perspective towards positivity and purpose. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to supporting all individuals through that journey in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
